In Germany, we have the chance to shape a modern, constitutional and democratic state. Unfortunately, this is not the case everywhere.
Let’s set an example for human dignity, freedom, democracy and solidarity! All people in the world are entitled to these values. So in Syria, Libya, Russia, Mali… and also in Ukraine.
We are against the war in Ukraine.
The people have voted democratically and are defending their country and thus democracy.
We show our solidarity and support with the Ukrainian people and all those affected by the war.
Peacefully for democracy and freedom.
Dresden and Johannstadt stand for diversity. We live together.
Our human chain connects all that is important to us – people and their democratic order.
